I have known Ben Chiaro personally and professionally for more than a decade. During that time, I’ve formed an opinion of Ben as an expert in his field. Ben seems to be “in the know” about everything in the commercial real estate industry not only locally but on a national level as well. In my role as chairman of the City of York Redevelopment Authority Board, we had a “white elephant” property in a prominent location, Continental Square, that sat vacant for years. Based on the regard I held for Ben and his work, we contacted him and David Albright to help us out with this site. Long story short, Ben and David (who has proven to be a quick study in the CRE world), beyond exceeded the high expectations I had as they presented multiple qualified offers on the property from interested parties across the US. Not only that, Ben and David did so in the most efficient and utmost professional manner. I would highly recommend Ben and David to anyone with commercial real estate needs. Our practice, MPL Law Firm, worked with Ben Chiaro and TRUE in relocating our office from a converted row home in York City to a professional office suite. Ben helped both with selling our old building and finding/placing us in our new space, and we couldn't be happier. Ben is as professional and knowledgeable as they come, and he brings a new, fresh philosophy to real estate representation. His method is much more analytical from an advisor standpoint, compared to what I feel is the standard real estate broker practice of merely pushing properties and worrying about closing.
